With a strong foundation in the construction industry, EHP Construction and Development has evolved from its origins as a home inspection company to become a leading player in the field. Previously known as Exact Home Properties LLC, we began as a general contractor specializing in hardwood floors and tile. Over time, we transitioned into property preservation and became the largest property preservation company in Oregon and Washington, managing and maintaining on properties worth over 2 billion dollars.
Throughout our 13-year journey, we have successfully flipped properties, constructed residential and commercial buildings, and undertaken numerous remodeling projects. Our experience spans a wide range of construction ventures, including a history of building investment properties and re-tenanting current properties to maximize cashflow.
